World is going through a disaster called ‘COVID-19 or Corona virus pandemic’ and we all are forced to lock-down ourselves in our homes. Whilst all this happening, indirectly, there can be some corona virus effect on hair growth.

Let’s learn to keep hair healthy during COVID-19 or Corona virus pandemic.

During this lock-down there is possibility that we may suffer more hair fall due to instant change in our routine and body behavior.

Below measures might have altered for you and increased the problem of hair loss:

Exercise at home or try some fun games

Because less movement or no exercise can lead to improper blood circulation in body, especially scalp where hair follicle can face the nutritional deficiency. So, try some home exercises. This will definitely benefit you in all perspectives.

Apart from above specific measures, you can also try new things with your hair which you were not trying earlier because daily you have to go out or not having much time to do so.

Maintain scalp health as well by regular washing and oiling with nutrient rich oils.
