Hair loss is something that can happen to anyone, at any time in their life. It can be due to hormone imbalances, stress, genetics or a lack of nutrients.
Luckily, there are ways to fight hair loss, and they don’t all involve expensive trips to private doctors!
I’ve found three incredible hair mask recipes that work to fight hair loss, as well as actively nourishing your hair. They’re all made with general kitchen items, so hopefully won’t break the bank!

Avocado is one of my favorite ingredients to add to most meals, and is packed with goodness. It’s full of proteins which help encourage natural hair growth, as well as oils that will soothe your scalp and prevent hair fall.

Avocados also contain Vitamin E, which boosts hair growth and promotes a healthy scalp. The oils in avocados are also great if you’re experiencing any dandruff alongside the hair fall.
