Smoothies For Hair Growth Recipes!

How Often Should I drink A Smoothie?

I recommend to drink only 2 to 4 smoothies a week. Also make sure to change your smoothie recipe each time that you make one.

It’s also a great idea to change the smoothie ingredients each time you go shopping for them.

Don’t be a “smoothie robot” as I call it, meaning making the same exact smoothie every single day.

The reason is because almost all of the greens that are good for us contain small amounts of alkaloids. A little bit of these alkaloids will help strengthen our immune system, but too much of the SAME alkaloids will actually do the opposite.

So not only is it healthier for us to change up our smoothie recipes for hair growth but it’s fun too!

Variety is key in making healthy smoothies a lifestyle!

Make smoothies based on what’s in season.

Also please make sure that you eat too! Please use these smoothie recipes as a supplemented nutritious snack and not a meal replacement for best hair growth results!

Smoothies For Hair Growth Quick Tips!

Smoothies for hair growth tips:

  1. Frozen fruits and vegetables are cheaper, picked at their peak and won’t go bad. Fruits and vegetables are the most cost effective smoothie ingredients when bought frozen.
  2. The vegetables and fruits in the smoothie will start to oxidize when the air hits it. When this happens the nutrients will start to be depleted. I suggest to drink your smoothies within the first hour of making it to avoid this from happening to you.
  3. Do not freeze yogurt for your smoothie recipes. Yogurt has live cultures that will not survive and will die. Plain yogurt is a great probiotic and helps promote healthy hair growth.
